Apple and Proview: resolved conflicts over iPad name right now?

The iPad is a new course of true hit - with or without the support of China. So far, the conflict between Apple and Proview for the naming rights of the iPad were a reason for the launch of the new product from Cupertino still has not begun in China . Apple wants to press the Chinese government to have more to draw attention to themselves.
