We know how much you guys and gals love to customize your Android devices, so when Khaos told me about his most recent discovery, my spider senses went into overdrive and I was compelled to get this post up for your eyes as soon as possible.

Anyone here familiar with the LG 3.0 Launcher or Weather Widget? If not, here’s your chance to get acquainted. All you’ll need to get in on the action is a device running Android 4.0.x or greater. Unfortunately, these look a bit too iOS for me, so I think I’ll pass.

Regardless, a big thanks is in order to XDA Forum Member asdfzz and XDA Recognized Developer mustangtim49 for their work in bringing these two apps to non-LG ICS-based devices, as I’m sure they will appeal to some of you out there. Both of these can be easily installed via handy apk files. For download links and installation instructions, check out asdfzz’s thread and mustangtim49?s thread.
